Stefan and I haven't been cooking that much. We've both been super busy, and I've been eating dinner at my parents a lot. This weekend though, we spent a fair amount of time at home and cooked several things. It was nice to get back into the kitchen. Especially with Stefan, who chops everything super quickly, makes sure the kitchen doesn't look like a disaster by the end and takes great photos.
Every month I get Food Network Magazine in the mail, a gift from D&N. I love going to check the mail and finding the magazine! I had picked out a few recipes, and we made a variation of the Cajun Macaroni Salad. I never found creole mustard, so just made my own out of dijon mustard, worcestir sauce and hot sauce. I also added in some vinegar to add a bit of punch. Enjoy!
